The Secretariat of SiCCI is operated by under the supervision of the president and General secretary. The secretariat is well equipped with the modern office equipment and facilities. It has three professional and seven support staff members in its working team.

Facilities provided by this organization (SiCCI)

1. A modernized training hall with the attendance capacity of 50-60 peoples and hall is equipped with overhead projector, Audio video, sound system etc.
2. A assembly hall with the attendance capacity of 400 peoples.
3. A meeting hall with the attendance capacity of 30 peoples with AC.
4. Keeping the demands of the members on mind the organization has established a faculty of information and documentation form which members are provided professional information.
